The grand Rosina Room offers all the elegance and atmosphere
of the Baroque Revival with polished floorboards, stained glass window tops and
a private courtyard for your exclusive use. With a range of cuisine options, the
room can accommodate between 90 and 300 guests comfortably seated, or up to 500
in a cocktail setting.
We offer options to include use of the venue with a
private courtyard, use of green room, welcome drinks (may be a cocktail on arrival?)
and a 3 or 4 - course meal with wines and other beverages.
Cocktail receptions are available for a more relaxed
or formal black tie event for up to 500 guests.

Exclusive use of the Rosina Room and adjacent courtyard;
Use of the gardens and/or surrounding areas for welcome
drinks;
Extensive selection of cuisine options;
Room decorations as available;
Audio visual equipment;
VIP green room;
Ample off street parking at $4.00 per vehicle
Entertainment could entail music from a String Quartet
or live band; or amusements such as magicians. Your Function Coordinator will ensure
your function runs effortlessly. All you need to do is to relax and enjoy
the event in the comfort and splendor that the Abbotsford Convent has to offer.
